Absolutely. All coaching and coaching enquiries are always strictly confidential.

Yes! If you book a FREE coaching call, we can meet over a video Zoom Conference Call and I can answer any questions you may have.

Relationship coaching is a fast and effective method to tackle your relationship challenge, rather than longer, more drawn-out counselling sessions. Counselling is usually backward-looking talking therapy helping you to understand and accept the past to help manage the now. Whereas coaching focuses on you achieving a successful and happy future by helping you unlock what is showing up for you now in the present.

Please feel free to explore the coaching pages on the website which gives more information on the coaching options available to you. You can also book a FREE no obligation coaching call where we can talk through your challenges and identify the option which will give you the greatest outcome.

Firstly, congratulations on recognising what you want and taking action! We can create a bespoke programme tailored just for you to support you in achieving your goal. Check out the Focus on You page for more information.

The Focus on You sessions are designed for one to one coaching.

The Breakthrough coaching sessions offer the flexibility of you attending solo or with your Partner. Some clients start the breakthrough sessions on their own and are joined by their Partner mid-way through.

The Lasting-Love programme is designed for both Partners to join together.

You will never be forced to do anything. Coaching will allow you to make the decisions you want to make with clarity and understanding.

As many or as few as you desire and require – this is dictated by you, your situation, and the challenges you want to overcome. Coaching programmes tend to be shorter than counselling programmes. Coaching is solution-focused and goal-focused, and this contributes to a shorter coaching programme than you may have expected.

This a question I am often asked, and my answer is – you don’t. No one needs a coach, but everyone can benefit from one. Coaching helps you take your relationship or any area of your life, from where it is now, to where you want it to be. If you want to make a change, then you can benefit from coaching.

There are so many coaches out there, it can be tricky trying to work out who the right coach is for you. My top three tips are:

1. Coaching Qualification

The coaching industry is unregulated in the UK meaning anyone can call themselves a Life Coach. Choose a coach who has a coaching qualification so you can be confident that their coaching is grounded in scientifically proven methodologies and techniques.

2. Transparent pricing and packages

Honest and upfront pricing on their website helps you know what you are paying for so you can make an informed decision.

3. Get to know them

If you are unsure if a coach is the right fit, then look for a coach who offers a free session so you can get to know them.
